Heaven’s First Words Are Always “Fear Not”

If you listen closely to the Christmas story, a pattern emerges.
Every time heaven touched earth, the first words were the same:
“Do not be afraid.”
To Zechariah:
To Mary:
To Joseph:
To the shepherds:
It’s as if heaven understands something we forget:
Fear shrinks our world.
Grace opens it back up.
“Fear not” isn’t a demand.
It’s an invitation.
A reminder that God remembers, God sees, and God is nearer than your worry suggests.
Al tirah.
Fear not.
Because you are not facing life alone.
Fear loses its grip when you remember Who stands with you.
