When Jesus described the blessing He gives, He chose one word:

“Come to Me… and I will give you rest.”
(Matthew 11:28, NKJV)

Of all the gifts He could have named — wisdom, strength, power — He said rest.

Rest isn’t inactivity.
It's Spirit directed activity.

Hebrews says:

“There remains… a rest for the people of God…
For we who have believed do enter that rest.”
(Hebrews 4:1–3, NKJV)

The world runs on pressure.
The broad way is stress, striving, and the endless need to prove yourself.

The narrow way is rest — and only a few find it, not because God hides it, but because worry feels familiar and trust feels risky.

Rest is where life begins.
