We often believe that we must qualify ourselves to receive God's blessings. We think we must resolve our personal issues and confess every sin before we can ask for healing. We treat God's power as a reward for good behavior.

The Gospels show a completely different pattern. Jesus never qualified people before He healed them.

"And when Jesus went out He saw a great multitude; and He was moved with compassion for them, and healed their sick." Matthew 14:14 (NKJV)

Jesus did not interview the sick people on the mountainside or check if they had unconfessed sins in their hearts. He saw their need, felt compassion, and healed them.

Grace is entirely free. If you had to qualify for it, it would not be grace. It would be wages.

Many believers delay their healing because they are waiting to become perfect. They think, "Once I pray more, or once I stop getting angry, then God will heal me." This is self-effort. It takes your eyes off Jesus and puts them on yourself.

Jesus is the Savior. He heals you because He is good, not because you are perfect. Come to Him just as you are and let Him restore your body and your mind.

Jesus does not wait for you to get your life together before He heals you; His healing grace is free and unconditional.
