Your Mountains Will Drop New Wine

Mountains are usually hard places. They are rocky, steep, and difficult to climb. We don't usually look at a mountain and think of "provision." We think of "obstacle."
But God says:
"The mountains shall drop sweet wine, and all the hills shall flow with milk."
Amos 9:13
Notice where the blessing comes from. It comes from the mountains. The very thing that looks like a barrier is going to become a source of intoxicating joy (New Wine).
The hills—the ups and downs of life—will flow with milk (sustenance and growth).
Terraced vineyards on slopes often produce the best grapes because of the struggle against gravity and the drainage of the soil. Your struggles are not wasted. The difficult seasons you have endured are producing a vintage of joy that flat-ground living never could.
Get ready to drink from the victory over your giants.
