Paul writes to Timothy that the last days will bring people who are lovers of themselves, boasters, and proud. When you scroll through an endless feed, you see a concentrated display of human pride.

Scrolling through this feed confuses your mind. It creates a deep sense of disconnection from reality. You cannot draw truth or peace from a machine built to highlight human boasting.

When you step away from the screen, you see the actual baseline of daily life. Detach from the feed, protect your mind, and study the Word of God instead.

True connection happens in physical reality, not on a digital stage.
