We often accept mental decline, forgetfulness, or confusion as a natural part of life. We say, "I'm just getting older," or "I'm not smart enough to figure this out."

But if our identity is tied to Jesus, that includes our minds.

When God created Adam, he had a brilliant intellect. He named thousands of animal species, understanding their distinct nature, and he could recall them perfectly. If the first Adam had that capacity, how much more does the Last Adam—Jesus—possess?

The Bible dares to say:

“For ‘who has known the mind of the Lord that he may instruct Him?’ But we have the mind of Christ.” 1 Corinthians 2:16

Does Jesus have memory problems? Does He struggle to learn? Does He have brain fog?

Of course not. He possesses perfect clarity and perfect retention.

When you feel your mind slipping or your thoughts racing, you don't have to agree with the symptoms. You can declare, "As Jesus is with a perfect mind, so am I in this world."

Logic will say this is nonsense. The world demands to see the improvement before it believes it. But the way of faith is to declare the truth because God said it, not because you feel it yet.

You don't need a sharper brain; you need to realize whose mind you have access to.
