If you’ve ever wondered what God is really like, Jesus made it plain:

“He who has seen Me has seen the Father.”
John 14:9

There is no guesswork in that answer, and no contradiction.

When Jesus touched the leper, that was the Father’s hand. When He healed the oppressed, that was the Father’s will.

Peter says in Acts:

“How God anointed Jesus… who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil.”
Acts 10:38

Not just a select few, and not only the people who seemed deserving.

All.

Jesus never left a willing person sick.
He never told anyone that their pain was from His Father, or that they needed to stay in their suffering a little longer.

If you want to know how God feels about sickness, watch Jesus heal.
If you want to know how God feels about you, watch Jesus move toward the hurting again and again.

The Father isn’t your obstacle.
He is your healer.

And Jesus came to make that impossible to misunderstand.

Look at Jesus long enough, and the Father’s heart becomes unmistakable.
