Stop Calling Yourself Forgetful

I often seen people around me saying:
“I’m getting old.”
“My memory is slipping.”
“I’m so forgetful these days.”
The Bible tells us confession are serious matter:
“Death and life are in the power of the tongue.”
Proverbs 18:21
Words don’t just describe reality — they shape it.
And when we speak decline over ourselves, we end up agreeing with a story God never wrote.
This is the Bible truth:
“But we have the mind of Christ.”
1 Corinthians 2:16
Christ’s mind isn’t foggy.
It isn’t confused.
It isn’t fading.
When you speak what God says, you’re not pretending.
You’re aligning with the redemption purchased for you.
A renewed mind often begins with a renewed confession.
What you call yourself becomes what you begin to expect — so choose the words that match what He has given.
