Transformation rarely starts with effort.
It starts with agreement — what you allow to shape the way you think.

Paul says:
“Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind.”
Romans 12:2

Conformity is passive.
Renewal is intentional.

David understood this.
That’s why he prayed:
“Your testimonies are my meditation.”
Psalm 119:99

He chose where his mind would live.

Most change begins quietly — not with dramatic decisions, but with small agreements that slowly redirect the heart.

Your life follows your meditation.
Your meditation follows your agreement.

Transformation begins long before it becomes visible.
