Many believers know Jesus redeemed their spirit.
We celebrate that.
We also believe He heals the body.

But between those two is the part we often forget: the mind.

Paul shows all three in one promise:
“May your whole spirit, soul, and body be preserved blameless.”
1 Thessalonians 5:23

God made you tripartite — not by accident, but by design.
And redemption touches every part of that design.

At the cross:

  • Your spirit was made alive.

  • Your body was purchased for healing.

  • Your soul — your thoughts, your emotions, your mind — was redeemed from the curse.

When one part suffers, the others feel it.
Stress touches the body.
Restlessness affects the spirit.
Weariness clouds the mind.

God never intended you to be healthy in one area and broken in another.

Whole redemption is His idea, not ours.

To follow Jesus is to let Him restore every part He paid for.
