Sometimes we forget what we’re holding.
A book… that breathes.

Paul writes that “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God”
— that phrase is one Greek word: (theopneustos) θεόπνευστος — “God-breathed.”
2 Timothy 3:16

It means the Bible is not a record of human guesses about God.
It is breath.
Life-carrying, spirit-filled breath.

The same breath that formed Adam in Genesis 2,
the breath that turned dust into a living soul,
is the breath that fills these pages.

So when you read the Word—even briefly—
you’re not just gaining information.
You’re receiving oxygen your heart wasn’t aware it needed.

And sometimes what’s starving in us
isn’t strength, or answers, or clarity…
but breath.

“All Scripture is given by inspiration of God… that the man of God may be complete.”
2 Timothy 3:16–17

When you open the Bible, something in you starts coming alive again.
