We often define sin as breaking rules or committing bad acts. But the Bible defines sin as falling short of the glory of God. It is a loss of status and environment.

Therefore, salvation does more than keep you out of hell. It brings you back to glory.

"For it was fitting for Him, for whom are all things and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings." Hebrews 2:10 (NKJV)

Glory is your original home. It is the environment God designed you to live in. Through Jesus, God restores you to that place of honor and life. You do not have to wait for heaven to experience this; you are glorified in Christ today.

God does not just clean you up; He puts you back where you belong.
