Facts can be loud.
A doctor’s report.
A financial statement.
A failure that feels final.

But there is a distinction:

Facts describe what is.
Truth declares what God says.

Jesus said:
“You shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.”
John 8:32

He didn’t say facts will free you.
Facts stay within the limits of this world.
Truth speaks from the authority of heaven.

A fact may say, “You’re stuck.”
Truth says, “The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord.” (Psalm 37:23)

A fact may say, “You’re broken.”
Truth says, “By His stripes you were healed.” (1 Peter 2:24)

A fact may say, “Your story is over.”
Truth says, “He makes all things new.” (Revelation 21:5)

Facts change.
Truth remains.

And whenever God’s truth enters a situation, the temporary bows to the eternal.

Facts inform you, but only truth can transform you.
