When Scripture says “church,” it’s never talking about walls or stages or seating capacity.

The Greek word (ekklēsía), ἐκκλησία — “the called-out ones” — describes people gathered into a family by grace.

Jesus said:

“I will build My church.”
Matthew 16:18

He wasn’t describing architecture.
He was describing hearts.
Souls pulled out of darkness from every race, every nation, every background.

This is the Father’s dream —
not an institution,
but a family.

And when you see the church that way, something softens inside you.
Because you realize you’re not attending something…
you’re belonging to Someone.

Church becomes beautiful the moment you stop going to it and start being it.
